Following this post about how I am working on losing weight, I wanted to check-in.

Since I’ve been traveling for nearly 2 weeks to Norway now, I did not have a chance to exercise because I’m taking care of my toddler most of the time.

Also, I have been “cheating” most days having two meals instead of one only, it’s been a challenge to intermittent fast.

So far, I’ve lost 5 pounds while traveling. I was 145 pounds and now I’m 140. 

From my observations, exercising seems to accelerate weight loss significantly. Eating two meals a day for me makes me maintain my current weight (!)… At three meals I would start to gain extra pounds again.

I will keep experimenting over the next few months and let you know my findings.
