Most Ob/gyn’s will just prescribe you antibiotics for this, but as it turns out a lot of women find that yeast comes back with a vengeance. My midwife explained that you want to keep good bacteria balanced and that antibiotics kill all bacteria regardless of whether it is beneficial or not.
Therefore, she recommended Raw Probiotics that contain about 50 billion probiotics. You can also get probiotics regularly from yogurt, but obviously this is more an intensive treatment.

I personally only tried Rephresh, which is also a probiotic in smaller quantity.

One natural remedy for that helps against UTIs is cranberry.
My midwife recommended that I take cranberry based drops. It’s a three day treatment, as opposed to being 7 days on antibiotics.

Using papaya enzimes is similar to taking Tums, only more natural. They are just as effective and chewable. The flavor is also similar to Tums Tropical Fruit Flavors and it works nearly instantly.

You can also use Slippery Elm to aid digestion and “cool down” your stomach.

Please make sure there is nothing really wrong, as skin itching can be a symptom of a more serious underlying condition to the liver.
However, once you get a clear from your doctor, you can try grandpa’s pine tar soap. One small shower with this wonderful soap will help relieve the itching. You can also find this on Whole Foods.
